Your KitRoo information
KitRoo helps you and your grown-up keep track of your Dexcom G7 sensors. You can log when a sensor starts, and what happened if one stops early.
Who can see it?
The grown-up who set up your journal can see everything you save in it. They can check a fault report, send it to Dexcom, and remove a paired phone. Nobody else at KitRoo looks at your journal unless you or your grown-up ask us to help. KitRoo doesn’t connect to your sensor or see your glucose numbers. If a sensor gives wrong readings, your grown-up might type two readings into the report for Dexcom.
What does KitRoo keep?
Your name and date of birth, the numbers on your sensor boxes, the dates you started and stopped sensors, how many sensors are left, and any notes about a sensor that stopped early. It does not keep a photo when you scan the square code on a box.
Where does it go?
It is kept on the KitRoo server. If a sensor fails, your grown-up might send the details to Dexcom so they can replace it.
Want something changed or deleted?
You can ask your grown-up, or email us yourself at [email protected]. You can ask to see what we keep, fix something that’s wrong, or have your journal deleted.
