Delete your KitRoo account
Sign in with your adult account, then confirm deletion with your password. This removes your account and all linked wearer journals, sensor details, photos, reports and paired phone access. The change cannot be undone. Encrypted backup copies are deleted within about four weeks.
A child’s paired phone cannot delete the family account. The adult account holder must sign in. If you need help accessing your account, email [email protected].
