For help with your account, pairing a child's phone, scanning a G7 box or preparing a sensor report, email [email protected]. Include the device type and a short description of what happened. Please leave patient details and sensor serial numbers out of the first email.

If a report needs Dexcom's attention, use the contact options in KitRoo or contact Dexcom directly. KitRoo is independent of Dexcom and cannot resolve sensor or medical issues.
